The portfolio update has been a regular format on my blog since January 2019. On a monthly basis, investors get an honest and transparent look at the latest developments in my personal P2P lending portfolio, including income, performance, transactions, and portfolio value.

I also cover changes and developments at various platforms within the P2P market. Anyone who wants to look more closely into individual platforms will find detailed analyses in my p2p platform reviews page. Current cashback promotions and bonus offers are summarized on my bonus page.

P2P Portfolio Update: August 2026

Here is the current state of my personal P2P lending portfolio as of the end of July 2026.

Income

In July 2026, my outstanding P2P lending portfolio generated €2,090 in income. This marks the highest monthly income I have ever achieved from my P2P investments. At the same time, it is the first time I have surpassed the €2,000 monthly income milestone.

This record was supported by new personal income highs on three different P2P platforms. I earned €447 from PeerBerry, €323 from Income Marketplace, and €135 from TWINO.

Performance

Currently, the best overall performance in my P2P portfolio comes from Nectaro, with a total return of 16.9%. The reason for the above-average performance is my active investment strategy, which is designed to take advantage of the platform’s various bonus campaigns.

Second place is held by Debitum with 13.5%, followed by Afranga with 12.9% and Income Marketplace with 12.8%. At the bottom of my performance ranking remains Estateguru, with a return of -1.7%.

Transactions

Last month, there were a total of nine new transactions in my P2P portfolio.

Deposits: EUR 5,000

  • Monefit SmartSaver: My liquidity-focused position in Monefit SmartSaver was increased by €3,000 during the previous month.
  • LANDE: I also deposited and invested an additional €2,000 on LANDE. The performance of the loan portfolio remains stable, as does the availability of new loans. Overall, it is one of the few platforms that I currently see playing an even larger role in my portfolio.

Withdrawals: EUR 12,106.79

  • Bondora Go & Grow: I withdrew €5,000 from Bondora Go & Grow for private purposes.
  • Income Marketplace: I slightly reduced my position on Income Marketplace during the previous month to avoid allowing individual positions to become disproportionately large. As a result, €2,500 was withdrawn.
  • Nectaro: After the Summer Splash campaign turned out to be a success and the €172 bonus was credited to my account, I have now moved back into the withdrawal phase. The first €2,000 was withdrawn in July.
  • Debitum: My exit from Debitum continues. Even nearly four months after publishing my updated LFDF article, there is still little more than hot air and excuses as to why an independent review of the LFDF transaction prices cannot be carried out. By now, my confidence that Debitum has genuine intentions and is seriously committed to addressing this issue has been completely exhausted. Since the majority of investors continue to invest actively, I am currently not concerned about receiving my repayments. More conservative investors, however, should be aware that at some point it could become increasingly difficult to finance repayments solely from ongoing business operations.
  • Mintos: During the previous month, I received €554.37 in bond repayments from Mintos, which I withdrew in full.
  • Afranga: I withdrew €500 from repaid Stikcredit loans on Afranga. I plan to share a more detailed assessment of the platform and its business operations over the coming weeks and months.
  • Estateguru: After quite some time, Estateguru has once again generated some recoveries. In total, €52.42 was recovered and returned to my account.

Overall, the net deposit and withdrawal balance in the previous month amounted to a negative €7,106.79.

P2P Portfolio

The value of my outstanding P2P portfolio increased in Jule 2026 from 208,958 euros to 203,967 euros. The liquidity-focused portion of my P2P portfolio, consisting of Bondora Go & Grow and Monefit SmartSaver, accounted for 39,859 euros (19.5%) of this.
