LANDE Triples Volume in Q1/2026

After a longer break, LANDE has re-started publishing quarterly reports again. Here are the key highlights from Q1/2026. Financing volume reached EUR 7.8 million in the first quarter of 2026, representing a threefold increase compared to the same period last year. Investors earned EUR 500,000 in interest, with an average annual return of nearly 12%.

The most important growth driver is currently the Polish market. From the very beginning, LANDE has focused exclusively on land-backed loans, low loan-to-value ratios (LTV 40%), and notarized debt acknowledgements (Art. 777), which allow for rapid enforcement without a court ruling. Overall, a conservative approach that is aimed at avoiding the performance problems seen at other platforms such as InSoil Finance.

It is also encouraging that performance appears to have improved across all markets. This is a positive signal and suggests both adaptability and a strong learning curve on the part of the platform. For 2026, the company has set itself a financing target of EUR 30 million. Given the current growth trajectory, this appears realistic. In addition, LANDE plans to join the “liquidity trend” by introducing a new product solution in the coming months.
