InRento has published some figures on the development of its platform. According to the company, a total of €124 million had been financed by the end of August, after the €100 million mark was only surpassed at the end of May. To put this into perspective: It took the platform more than five years to finance its first €50 million, while the second €50 million took less than a year.
According to InRento, July was the strongest month in the company’s history, with more than €10 million in loans financed. Around half of the summer volume came from Poland, including a hotel in Gdańsk and the conversion of a retail park in Szczecin. This was accompanied by the platform’s entry into Finland, where its first project, worth €5 million, was one of the largest in its history.
InRento can not only finance projects, but also repay investors. So far, more than €35 million has been repaid to investors, while the default rate remains at 0% and the average return stands at 11.59%.
