Estateguru has published its figures for August. In the Baltic states, €4.82 million in new loans were financed, including €1.80 million in Estonia, €1.66 million in Lithuania, and €1.36 million in Latvia. At the same time, €6.82 million was repaid to investors. As a result, the portfolio shrank by around €2 million in August.
The total outstanding portfolio now stands at €190.3 million, of which €112.9 million is currently in recovery. This corresponds to a share of 59.3%.
