However, this claim is qualified in the platform’s FAQ section and footer, where the company only states that it has applied for VQF membership, not that it has been granted.
There is also another inconsistency in the platform’s Terms and Conditions. There, 7Harvests states that it is already supervised by the VQF. As a result, the homepage and the contractual documents both claim an existing regulatory status, while the platform’s own FAQ and footer describe the VQF membership as merely pending approval.
