InRento has published its quarterly report. According to the figures, €23.49 million was financed in the third quarter, an increase of 76.4% compared with the same quarter last year. Investors received €4.25 million in principal repayments and €2.08 million in returns. The active portfolio stood at €92.78 million at the end of the quarter.
After previously maintaining a flawless track record, InRento now has two Polish projects undergoing recovery proceedings. At Harfowa 10 in Warsaw, the property sale fell through. InRento terminated the loan agreement in September and is now assessing the enforcement of the mortgage. At J48 in Łódź, formal collection proceedings were initiated on October 1. Both loans are secured by first-ranking mortgages.
Despite these two recovery cases, InRento reports €0 in defaulted principal. The report does not disclose how much capital is tied up in the two projects.
