Income Marketplace: Strong September Growth; Secondary Market Launch Delayed

Income Marketplace has published its latest figures for September, along with some general information on the platform’s development. According to the data, €11.9 million in loans were financed last month, an increase of 42.7% compared with August. The active portfolio also grew by 8% to €32.4 million, while the average interest rate on new loans has been at 13.46%.

Noteworthy is the concentration on the marketplace. Of the 14 lenders, the five largest account for around 69% of the portfolio, led by ITF Group (19.3%), Pinjam Yuk (15.1%), and Sandfield Capital (15%). Also worth mentioning: The launch of the secondary market, originally announced for early 2026, has now been postponed indefinitely.
