The main change in the new version is the introduction of a secondary market, allowing investors to trade loan parts with each other for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>The conditions at a glance: Loans can be sold at a premium or discount of up to 15%. If the loan part being sold is worth less than \u20ac100, it can only be sold in full. According to Afranga, there are no fees for either buying or selling.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, interest accrued up until the sale remains with the seller and is only paid out with the borrower&#8217;s next repayment.
